At The Scented, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the bottle remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
